In terms of insurance support for the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center, Wang Xinze introduced that firstly, it is to enhance strategic positioning and continuously optimize the business environment. From the perspective of serving the construction of the "Five Centers" in Shanghai, we plan for the future of shipping insurance and draft guidance on promoting the high-quality development of Shanghai's shipping insurance industry. Currently, this guidance is widely soliciting opinions. The second is to establish a special working mechanism based on the characteristics of the shipping industry. Focusing on the key shipping industry chain and green, intelligent and other fields, a green and intelligent ship insurance plan and cruise risk prevention and control guidelines have been initially formed, steadily promoting the formulation of the "China clause" for shipping insurance. At the same time, relying on the "international board" of reinsurance, establish a special risk aggregation in the subdivision field of shipping insurance, and improve the special risk diversification capital replenishment mechanism. The third is to empower the digital transformation of shipping and provide better risk reduction services. Strengthen cross industry data sharing and exchange, and research digital pilot projects such as freight insurance electronic policies.
