In this differentiated toll policy adjustment, the differentiated toll policy for different sections mainly regulates the traffic flow of highways and ordinary highways; The differentiated pricing policy in different time periods mainly regulates the flow of trucks on highways during different time periods; The container preferential policy in the differentiated charging policy for different vehicle models mainly focuses on providing precise support for container multimodal transportation, achieving "fixed port and station"; The differentiated charging policy for entrances and exits mainly regulates the traffic flow during the construction period of the Liwen section of the Shanghai Kunming Expressway renovation and expansion project.


According to the notice, international standard container transport vehicles entering and exiting the Jiujiang Hongguang Comprehensive Hub Terminal and Nanchang Longtougang Comprehensive Terminal, which have been confirmed by the terminal, can enjoy the policy of free highway tolls; International standard container transport vehicles entering and exiting Jiangxi Provincial Multimodal Transport Demonstration Project, Railway Container Yard, and Jiujiang City Chengxi Port Container Terminal, which have been confirmed by the yard and dock, are eligible for a 50% discount on highway (including Jiujiang Second Bridge) tolls.
